We have collaborated with local organic flower grower, Little Things Grown, to produce this California Poppy tincture.  These California Poppies have been lovingly grown and cared for by the lovely Avyssa of Little Things Grown, collected and passed on to us for tincturing.

California Poppy Tincture supports relaxation, mild pain, anxiety and insomnia.

California Poppy - Eschscholzia californica - is a nervine, so works on all types of pain but particularly on nerve-generated pain.   

We have this available either in Vodka or Australian Organic Brandy

Directions:  Shake bottle well before use.  We suggest using a smaller amount first when working with this tincture.  Begin with 10-15 drops before bed for relaxation and insomnia, and work up from there up to 30 drops.  Please note that this can make you drowsy so best not used during the day and do not operate machinery or drive while taking.  The tincture has quite a strong flavour so if you prefer you can mix with water.  Use by: 3 months after opening.
