Meditation - A Most Surprising Gift

Don't get caught up in rules about what is the right or wrong way to meditate. It can be as simple as sitting down at the same place every day, or perhaps a mindful slow walking meditation or sitting in silence watching a sunrise. Some days I can sit at my meditation spot at home for half an hour or more yet at other times a quick meditation of 10 minutes is more than enough for me to settle myself.

Does Nature Communicate with Us?

You can communicate directly or indirectly with

plant, animal, water - in fact any sentient being.

If you notice it, it seeks you.

Place yourself near it, you may feel, hear, have a knowing,

see or receive information in many different ways

Lose yourself in the being that wishes to impart knowledge to you.

You must cultivate patience, it will come. Be open. Sit in silence.

Some messages are for all, so you may share,

Sometimes the messages are for you alone

You will know the difference, you will feel it.

Liminal Spaces - are they portals into other realms?

Is it possible to leave behind patterns of behaviour that do not serve us by physically creating an offering in a space we do not know? By consciously arriving at one of these liminal places in nature where perhaps the water does meet the earth or where the sun greets the new day, with the intention of surrendering an ancestral or personal pattern up that needs healing – can we perform a ceremony where we create something that comes through us that will serve as a gift to the earth and waters, as a symbol of what we are leaving behind as well as where our journey is taking us next. Are we able to trust in the unseen, the unknown of what we are doing and where we are going? I know for me I am happy to hand over to Spirit and be guided ahead.
