Portal to the Crown Chakra

The thousand petalled lotus faces downward, cradling my crown.

I’m surprised, I wasn’t expecting this vision, although in the recesses of my mind I seem to recall reading about this somewhere - that some believed this to be true. I can tell you that it feels totally nurturing and supportive to be cradled by the lotus like this.

As I sit here, peace fills me. I receive the golden light pouring down from my Soul Chakra – that which is connected to the Divine - through the stem of the lotus and down into my crown. The rays of light spreading out all over me - just like when I have watched the sun rise into the sky, only to be hidden by a cloud. Yet in the next moment the most beautiful rays begin to spread out over the water beneath the cloud. It feels so sacred to witness, as if these rays are coming down directly from Source.

I feel the Divine One entering this vessel that I walk upon this earth with, within and reaching out to all around me. My body begins to tremble as it comes into resonance with the unconditional love of our Creator. I meld, I merge as one. I feel the vibrations through every cell of my being. I begin to radiate love. Pulsating loving kindness throughout the pores of my skin, through every beat of my heart, As I step forward it pours forth into every meeting I have. With new eyes I see the Divine reflected back to me. A love, so deep and pure, for all Sentient beings.
