I officially launched Elements of Alchemy in 2022.  It took 7 years to research and develop the products I am now offering and I am very proud of them all. I am guided to and am continuing to develop more offerings and will release them as they arise.

I believe this business and the offerings have their own spirit and so I co-create together with them.  These offerings are alchemised and produced in small batches only. As part of the creation process I engage in a number of practices whereby, I connect to, and bring through the energy of the country I live on, Yaegl country.  The products are created in Sacred Ceremony, with intention and are imbued with love and healing sound vibrations. 

On my creation days I begin with meditating at Sunrise.  This clears my energy and ensures a connection to country.  I then call in the elements of Air, Earth, Fire and Water to work with me.  The element of Ether is reflected in the love and healing imbued in the creation of each product.  Ether is also represented in the use of sound healing instruments and mantras.  I play these before, during and after the creation process.  My intention is to create an offering full of powerful love and healing and one that supports the Seekers’ own intentions and healing process.

I have been studying to be a Flower Codes Practitioner over the last 4 years and have completed Pathways 1-4 of Wildflower Walker’s Flower Codes Practitioner Training (more pathways to come). Working with the codes of the flowers has been an incredible experience. I instantly knew I would add these into my products as an extra layer of support and healing.  Theya re subtle and yet so very powerful.    I have hosted and led a number of Women's Circles using Iris and the 9 healing herbs that we studied in Pathway 3.  These Circles have proved the power of the herbs to me time and time again, as I have observed the experiences of the participants and how the herbs work particularly to each person to support and facilitate their healing.   I really love holding these Circles. It has been a wonderful way to integrate the teachings of Pathway 3 for me, whilst also offering a transformative experience for all that attend.   

A percentage of my sales go towards the Australian Seabird & Turtle Rescue Hospital in Ballina. These are the guys who came and put in protection measures to the turtle nest that a friend and I found had just been laid by a loggerhead some years back. Their volunteers do an amazing job – they rescue andrehabilitate seabirds, shorebirds, sea turtles and sea snakes.
