I am Strength and Courage Spray. I vibrate with unconditional love and grace. I meet you where you are at and offer you wisdom and support when you need it.  When you are in shock let me guide you gently back into your body.  I support you when fear takes a hold of you, or when life feels stagnant and you are finding it hard to move forward.  Sit quietly and connect in with your breath, spray around you and feel the strength moving through you in these challenging times.

I am the push that propels you through your fears, and particularly if you want birth a creation into the world.   Most importantly I am here to support the birthing of your true self, to bring remembering and reconnection to who you are and why you came here to this earth. Feel the courage within as it works to open your heart to truly be who you are.  I light the way into the darkness so awareness may land, tending to any sadness in your soul so that peace and harmony can return.   I encourage you to love the form in which you travel this life time and if you live mindfully know that it will be reflected back into your heart.  I remind you there is but one road to travel and it is that of the heart  –  I give you strength and courage to walk that road.
