This mix of herbs has many benefits but is particularly good as an immune booster.  Also beneficial for those of us who suffer from PMS and menstrual cramping.

Made with organic herbs of calendula, chamomile, lavendar and rose buds.  Calendula benefits include its ability to improve the appearance of your skin, stimulate healing,  boost the immune system, ease menstrual pain, & also aid in detoxification processes in the body.  Chamomile is mild and sweet and slightly earthy in flavour.  Best known to help us find peace and calm and aid insomnia and stress levels.  It is also great for digestion, easing PMS and menstrual pains and also for relieving cold and flu symptoms. Lavender in tea is an aid for insomnia helps to lessen stress and anxiety.  It is great for menstrual cramping as it reduces inflammation, calms the body and minimises muscle spasms.   Lavender is balancing for the immune system, aiding digestion and improving respiratory health.  Rose buds have a mildly sweet taste and a lingering aftertaste. Rose tea contains mainly polyphenols which are powerful antioxidants that help to support our immune system.  Also beneficial to drink if you suffer from menstrual cramping.

Ingredients:  Organic Dried Calendula, Organic Dried Chamomile, Organic Dried Lavender, Dried Rose Buds.
