Chakra Affirmation Cards

These cards go with our chakra oils but can be purchased either separately or as a pack separate from the oils.  On the back side of each card you will find a set of mantras / affirmations.

Daily positive affirmations have real power. When you practice self-affirmations regularly, it can dramatically improve your mind and body. In fact, studies have shown that it can help to increase self-compassion and feelings of kindness towards yourself and others.

Sometimes it’s daunting to start a practice like this but it’s about taking small steps each day.  “Small steps may appear unimpressive, but don’t be deceived. Begin with one chakra for a week and practice one affirmation each day.  A good sign to practice a particular affirmation is if it feels uncomfortable when you say it.

When you are working on a particular chakra, you can take the card with you and quietly recite one or more of these in your mind when you have some spare time throughout your day.  First thing in the morning and particularly last thing at night, as this will work with your subconscious through the night, as you sleep.   Repeating these throughout the day and week helps to create new thought patterns.  They have been made small enough to fit into a medium sized wallet.
