I am Grief Support. I offer strength and protection during this vulnerable time and the stillness needed to process the many conflicting emotions.  The more important this loss is to you the more intense your grief will be.    I carry the energy of the Divine Mother, holding and supporting you as you feel the waves of emotional pain move through you, as they arise, for however long they need to - so clarity can return, and you can come home to yourself once more.

I will meet you where you are at and offer support and wisdom when needed.  When in shock I will guide you gently to find the courage to come back into your body and back to yourself.  I remove unwanted energies or obstacles in your life that are stopping you from moving forward.  By unburdening the weary heart and alleviating self-criticism and blame let me gently show you the way back to finding the inner-strength to open your heart once more. 

Sometimes it is someone close to us that is grieving a loss of some kind.  Giving them a hand or foot massage with this balm brings not only the healing power of human touch but the support this special someone may need.  Much healing is facilitated by listening and being present for them.

Directions for use:  Massage along the lung meridian which is located on both arms.  It  begins under the clavicle and descends down the arms, finishing at the corner of the nail on the thumb.  Massaging the arms is helpful and if you are currently grieving, you may find this area sore and sensitive, so be gentle.  Remember if using long, sweeping motions, always massage toward the heart.  (see picture of meridian in images of product).
