I am Grief Support Spray.  I bring comfort in times of grief and offer you strength and protection during this vulnerable time when you are faced with many conflicting emotions.  The more important this loss is to you the more intense that your grief can be.   I carry the courage you need to move through these emotions when they feel overwhelming – bringing the stillness you need to be able to process these.  By allowing yourself to feel you can move through them.  By surrendering to and releasing your emotions, clarity can come.  I can guide you gently to find the courage to come back into your body and back to your self – to find your way home.  This journey of surrendering and releasing of your emotions and the time it takes to move through your grief is different for each person.  Let me unburden your weary heart and alleviate self-criticism and blame. Let me bring you the light so that you may delve into the darkness of your mind and heart so that you can create space for awareness to land – knowing that by undertaking this you are able to move closer to your natural state of peace and eventually joy – pushing you gently so that you may find the inner-strength to open your heart once again.

Directions for use:  Sit quietly, slow your breath, connect the breath into the heart and spray around your body.

Ingredients:  Distilled Water, Natural Solubiliser, Organic Glycerine, Parfum, Rosemary Flower Code, Organic Essential Oils of Bergamot, Cypress and Frankincense.
