I am the Divine Feminine. I am the sacred water that flows within you.   The Earth is my teacher. Connecting to her will show how we are all connected to the natural world, realising our responsibility is to protect and preserve the world.    I live in the moment, enjoying the little things, taking notice of the subtle, through observation and slowing down.  I let go of control and trust in the unknown – knowing there is a greater plan out there for me if I trust.

I am deeply connected to my emotions.  I am intuitive, empathetic, creative, receptive, nurturing, spontaneous, flexible, and focused on my community.  I practice self-compassion and I love and accept others unconditionally.  I am connected to my body and my sensuality.  I am able to relax and unwind, receive and just be – and know the importance of this for my wellbeing and also for connecting into my inner guidance.

Regardless of your gender, within you, you contain both Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies. Often one may be more present than the other, and often working in a shadow form within you and your life. Becoming aware of these energies, how they are playing out in our lives and working with bringing them back into an alignment within ourselves is so important.

Directions:  Each balm comes with its own affirmation card for you to speak as you massage the balm into your body.  As the feminine side of the body is considered to be the left hand side, I love to massage the balm into my left foot, and into my sacral area (which is associated with the womb area – the area where creation occurs with the Divine) while speaking the affirmations to myself.
