My energy is soft, calming, soothing, serene and heart opening.  I aim to deeply restore the skin on your face and body while you sleep.  I carry organic oils of Macadamia, Sweet Almond, Shea Butter and Mango Seed Butter.  I am rich, restorative and nourishing.  My aroma comes from the combination of Cedarwood, Roman Chamomile and Ylang Ylang.  I bring relaxation and balance.  I promote smooth, healthy skin, relieving any irritation with my soothing, anti-inflammatory action.  I contain antioxidants and am mildly astringent.  

Mumma Earth speaks to us in many different ways when we observe and listen. Last week, on my walk, I was drawn to the roots of the trees that had been pushed above ground along the path.  One was shaped like a runic symbol.   I bought my set of Runes when I was in my early 20’s - they have been an accurate guide on my journey of self-discovery. Today, Kate and I created our latest batch of Night Cream and I asked her to select a rune – I smiled to myself when I saw she had selected the one I found a few days earlier.  It is called Algiz, and can often arrive when you find yourself in a transition of some kind. This is the message alchemised through this cream.   I am Protection and provide space around you so you may balance any erratic emotions at this time – come into your centre point, be still, remember who you were when you were first born into this world, before anything was impressed upon you. Be with this loving energy.   I can reflect your pain back to you so you may discover what is underneath it, giving it voice so it can be freed from your body.  I am Surrender, let go of expectations of where you think you should be on your journey – comparing yourself with another does not serve you – in fact it takes away your joy.   Reflect on your past experiences and learnings – build something joyful for yourself or to share with others around you to reflect this, it will help to integrate it within you so you can progress. When it is time to move ahead remember to act in true alignment with who you are and in your own timing. I also represent the beauty and aliveness that is Mother Earth, connect to her beauty that is all around you – even if only for 10 minutes a day – lose yourself in these moments, wonder at the miracles that surround you – the flowers, the birds, the trees, the ocean, the stars, spend time taking them in. This welcomes gratitude and a sense of freedom into your life, and can bring perspective back.
