This tea has been created for those feeling overwhelmed and stressed, or feeling over sensitive. Take this tea to calm the nerves or to wind down at the end of your day.

Ingredients: Organic Lavender, Organic Chamomile, Organic Jasmine Flowers,Organic  Rose Petals and Organic Australian Sencha Green Tea.

Chamomile calms and soothes your nervous system and will bring you back to the centre of your being.  Let it show you how to nurture yourself again.  Lavender will soothe and calm feelings of anxiety and stress and stimulate the release of neurotransmitters that can offset the excessive stress hormones in your body.  Jasmine Flowers are a lunar herb, having a long history of use in sleeping problems and nervous disorders.  Besides having anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties it has mild sedative effects, so will help calm those nerves.  Rose petals can help to relax you when you are feeling tightly wound.  SENCHA - which is the most frequently consumed and well-known variety of green tea -    is a premium tea produced using leaves from the summer to autumn harvests, creating a tea that has a full-bodied flavour and sweetness.  This green tea is grown and made in Australia.  Sencha does contain caffeine but there is only a small amount added to this mix, so should not affect your sleep.
